About the Firm
Katz & Shapiro, A Law Corporation
Katz & Shapiro, A Law Corporation, is a boutique law firm headed by Leona Shapiro Katz. The firm specializes in clients with elder law needs related to estate planning, probate, and conservatorship matters. In addition, we represent clients involved in a range of industrial, commercial, and real estate transactions.
We believe legal counsel should feel less like a transaction and more like a conversation. Our clients come to us at meaningful moments — planning for the future, navigating loss, or stepping forward to care for a loved one. We treat every matter with the seriousness, discretion, and warmth those difficult moments deserve.
